Now I know some of you must be wondering how do you obtained this rank of one eyed ghoul, well there's a few ways and the first one and more risky one is by transplanting a kakuhou sack into a human through surgery as this is a high risk procedure as it is very hard and difficult to do, although a few that thirst for power have tried this as if the procedure is successful they have transcended their humanity into a being that is even more powerful than normal ghouls, as the other way to become a one eyed ghoul is naturally which means a human and a ghoul having intercourse and giving birth to a half-breed, although this is extremely rare and in most cases the fetus will not be able to sustain itself and end up dying before birth (This will be giveaway only). Now that we've gotten that out of the way I will get into the abilities and capabilities of the one eyed ghoul, as I mentioned earlier stating that one eyes are more powerful then normal ghouls, this statement is in fact true as One Eyes have what seems to be an accelerated or enhanced regeneration which is extremely handy and allows them to heal during battle and conquer over their opponent, although this is weakened if the one eyed ghoul doesn't sustain itself with human food. They also seem to have enhanced strength and durability as well, meaning they can take a lot of hits and they pack a punch as well. Now this breed of ghoul is the most powerful but this comes at a cost, they're food reserves are lower than normal ghouls meaning they have to eat a lot more and they run out of hunger quicker as you need to eat to maintain your power but this seems to be their only flaw asides from most one eyed ghouls are through surgery meaning that they lack much experience so they'll have to learn and grow as they live throughout society.
